Tell us a little something about your first car. Do you have any photos you can share?

my first car was a 1982 buick skyhawk, purchased in 1989. the BU had fallen off the back, so it just said ICK. that lasted me till my senior year in high school. when i went to buy my next car, the dealer told me that this car was worthless. however, a few years later when i was visiting my mom, the car was parked right across the street from her house. it was a hell of a lot more rusty, but there were all my identifying stickers on the bumper still. funny how that works.
i hate the fact that you can't reply to comments on this thing. also, i have my own server. i don't use photobucket, i have a flikr account but i don't use it for general picture posting. it would be kind of nice to be able to set up ftp access to your own domain. it would make my life easier.
holy crap am i busy. skeevy al decided to give an incentive to the sales team, which in turn makes me have to make a direct marketing piece for the team and have it back from the printer next goddamn friday. bedlam bowl is tonight, i completely forgot, and now it might be the case that i have to bow out of that and go home early so i can get up early to get to work and crank out concepts. I HAVE NOT HAD A BEER SINCE SATURDAY. this is giving me issues. although, i am liking the non-hangoverness of it all. i should probably drink less anyway.
boog has learned how to say "no!", and, dare i say it, i have an inkling he knows what it means. he did it at my mom last night, he shakes his head back and forth really fast and goes "noooooo". despite the fact that i know it's going to be trouble in the future, it's pretty damn cute.
i really should be working.
What's one thing that you hope to do or accomplish before the end of this year?
get. a. house. er, at least be well on the way to for when our lease expires in february next year. i have a promising lead for that, but in fear of jinxing myself, i'm not going to say anything more.
this was initiated by finding a sign posted on the front door of our apartment building:
WELCOME COLLEGIATE HOUSING STUDENTS!!
uh, no. i don't think so.
